Hunter Hoffman is the recipient of the $500 CFGA Scholarship for 2017. The Urbana graduate is enrolled in the Fisheries and Wildlife Management program at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV. While in high school Hunter was active in Envirothon, Boy Scouts and the Bennett Creek Trail Restoration Project. Hunter choose this field of study because he believes that it is important for society to understand how all components of the environment work together and that one component change can effect the whole ecosystem. He wants to combine his love of the outdoors while preserving and sharing information about our natural resources.
