.22 Small Bore Shoot Off
Updated: Mar 5, 2020
We recently held the CFGPA Small Bore Shoot Off on Saturday 9-23. The weather was excellent. Andy Little explained the format to the members that showed up to compete. You had 30 minutes to take as many practice shoots as you would like, and 40 shots at the 4 targets below the sight line (10 shots at each target). You could choose to shoot from a seated, kneeling, or prone position. Early results have Allan Fuller coming in at 1st, Steve Naylor in 2nd, and Steve Sitter in 3rd. We even had an 8 year old shooter that scored a bull.
Everyone enjoyed the grilled hot dogs and burgers. Tim Eccard provided some deer bologna that quickly disappeared. Everyone who came said they had a great time and look forward to more of these events in the future.
